CIJ For Adults

The Clarity Catalyst Course is for the individual seeking personal growth and development - to be a better human, live with purpose, and find more joy in the present.

This is a transformative 8 week journey to cultivate creativity, authenticity and self- expression.

CIJ For Corporate

The Culture Catalyst Course is for the company or business that invests in their people - both on the management side as well as for the support or sales teams whom they grow and nurture. This 8 week course incorporates mindfulness and emotional intelligence tools into a corporate wellness program for businesses seeking a competitive edge in team effectiveness.
